The Dish Wash Scrubber Machine is designed to clean stainless steel plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils quickly and hygienically using food-grade nylon roller brushes and a continuous water flow.

Working Process

1. Switch ON the Machine

   •   Connect the machine to a 220V single-phase power supply.
   •   Start the motor.
   2.   Water Supply
   •   Turn on the water inlet.
   •   Water continuously flows onto the nylon brushes to help remove grease, food particles, and stains.
   3.   Brush Rotation
   •   The food-grade nylon roller brushes rotate at high speed.
   •   The brushes provide gentle yet effective scrubbing without damaging stainless steel utensils.
   4.   Insert the Utensil
   •   Hold the plate, dish, bowl, or glass firmly.
   •   Slowly pass it between the rotating brushes.
   5.   360° Cleaning
   •   The rotating brushes scrub both sides simultaneously.
   •   Water washes away dirt, oil, and food residue during the cleaning process.
   6.   Remove the Clean Utensil
   •   Take out the cleaned utensil.
   •   If required, rinse with clean water and allow it to dry.
   7.   Drain System
   •   Dirty water is collected inside the tank.
   •   Open the drain valve after use to empty the wastewater and clean the machine.
